Why this role matters

As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the team, bring structure to chaotic situations, and drive strategic initiatives from concept to operational execution. Collaborating closely with the CEO, CTO, and team leads, you will ensure the company is operationally and structurally prepared for further growth and scaling. You will play a pivotal role in building our AI-first organization, strategically deploying AI tools across tasks, processes, and teams to elevate our productivity and achieve significant gains in efficiency.

What you'll do

Strategy & Fundraising: You help advance our growth strategy and secure the necessary capital base through targeted fundraising.
Business Operations: You establish scalable processes, manage tools and reporting, and take on special projects.
Information Security & Compliance: You help further develop our ISMS, shape policies in collaboration with Product & Tech, and ensure we are ready for ISO 27001, DORA, and similar standards.

What we’re looking for

Your mindset matters: experience, passion, and the ability to take responsibility and turn ideas into action. You think AI first and quickly find your way around new topics and have no trouble familiarizing yourself with different functional areas simultaneously.

If you have experience working in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and are a true doer, you’ve come to the right place.

An academic background—for example, in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field—is a plus, but not a requirement.

Excellent German and English skills are needed.
